From powders to creams, contour and highlight palettes can sit high in price. After a bit of research (meaning, extensive binge watching of makeup tutorials and hauls on YouTube), I’ve picked up some drug-store pieces that could take the edge off the high prices without compromising the luxury of high-end products.

Summer of Rejuvenation


Where has the time gone? It’s been nearly eight weeks since I’ve left Manhattan. I feel like it wasn’t so long ago that I was hurriedly finishing my statistics exam in order to catch my bus, ready to leave the stench of humid pollution. But here I am anxiously waiting to get back. Only seven weeks of suburbia until the great return to the City of Dreams, the City That Never Sleeps, the Big Apple. I remember feeling the need to come home. And I so needed it. I’ve made myself new goals, slept so much, and have enjoyed the pleasantries of open space.
